Stephen Boonshoft is the Administrative
Partner of the firm as well as the Supervising
Partner for the Real Estate and Commercial Transaction
Department. Practicing in the areas of real
property and commercial law, Mr. Boonshoft represents
clients involved in sophisticated real estate
transactions, including property acquisitions
and refinances, cooperative and condominium
conversions and complex leases. He is general
counsel to approximately 25 cooperative corporations
and condominiums and several managing agents
and property owners. He has represented purchasers,
sellers and private lenders in a variety of
matters, and also represents numerous closely-held
corporations in all aspects of their operations.
Mr. Boonshoft is a member of the
Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States,
New York State Bar and Association of the Bar
of the City of New York and is admitted in the
United States District Courts for the Southern
and Eastern District. He received his Bachelor
of Arts from City University of New York and
his law degree from Fordham University School
of Law.
