Peter Campitiello practices extensively in the representation of publicly held entities. His practice focuses on advising companies with respect to reporting and compliance issues relating to securities laws and stock exchange regulations, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing and securities offerings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, audit related issues and general corporate, commercial and transactional matters. Mr. Campitiello also represents venture capital investors, underwriters and private investment funds in public and private financing and investment transactions.

Mr. Campitiello is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from LaSalle University.
