Our firm represents a broad variety of clients engaged in one or more aspects of real estate, including developers, owners, real estate investment trusts, tenants and managers of office buildings, industrial complexes and shopping centers and regional retail store chains in all aspects of real estate matters. Our Real Estate Department also represents development projects, mortgage companies and other financial institutions, which make loans that are secured by real estate.

Our real estate attorneys provide counsel in acquisitions and dispositions of real estate; represent landlords and tenants in retail lease negotiations and major office building leases; represent borrowers and lenders in financings and debt restructurings; and represent property owners in zoning and land use matters. Because real estate is often an integral facet of other commercial and financial transactions, our real estate attorneys often work on major corporate transactions in concert with the Corporate Department.
